Introduction
Im currently not aware of my grade in this class as a Junior. We are currently partnering with other local elementary and middle schools and the process has been slow. However, I could mention a few things on what I feel as a member of the PALs team. What does it mean to be a PAL? To me personally, being a PAL member means, to be out there for others. To help those in need and to just be that person in which people could trust and tell something to. It means, to never break a promise and always be 100% honest with your peers.
To be honest, I didn’t chose to be a PAL member. I had no clue what it meant or what it really was. It all came down when Mrs. Harkrider told some of us ,that we were nominated by staff members to be part of this team. That they saw potential on us to help those in need. I personally never saw that in myself. I love helping others and giving advice ,but I never knew that someone said that I had the potential to change a life. In reality, I just really hope that I change a life in the most positive way. From seeing that person in ground 0 going up to 100 and at the end, to say thanks for changing my life to the better and helping me in every way you could.

What have we been doing
So far I have a 94% on this class and I'm not going to lie, this class is so fun. However, I do dislike the part where we have create events. Other than that, I enjoy helping and hanging out with middle schoolers. My strengths have always been to motivate people to do better. I use this strength to help little kids with homework they don't want to do. On the other hand, my weaknesses are controlling little kids. I do need a lot of help with that and in case of any event, Ms. Harkrider is always there to assist. Other than that, that is all the assistance I need.

eblock
Introduction
Last year as an eBlock I joined the group of PALS. Personally, I enjoyed that group and all the opportunities it offered. From that experience I can now use it as a tool and even a skill to help those who need it. As timed passed, I wanted to explore more the eBlock my school had to offer and I found entrepreneurship something I might be interested in. To be sincerely honest, I somewhat enjoy this class, although there's not much physical activity to do I learn something every time I attend this class. Besides learning we, as an e-Block, are planning to set up our own "BAR" here in campus.
Buisness plan
On this class we had to plan a business plan of our own and come up with ideas on how we will make this come true. We had to answer the following questions
What type of business em I trying to build? (Explain)
How is it different than the other companies?
Who will or can be your customer? Explain prop 64
Who are the owners?
Pricing ?
Advertising ?
What's special about my product?
Location?
How will it benefit my customers?

SDSU Field trip
We had a field trip for this e-block which personally I didn't want to go.

GOAL FOR THIS CLASS
My only goal for this class is to receive an A and help my class progress on the project of having our own "BAR" here on campus.
