physical education and my goals
Introduction
My overall grade as a Junior (11th) for this class is a 99% (A). During this class, we rarely get assigned any type of homework however, we do have to take notes, dress up and participate in activities and study for exams. My major strength in this class would be to get ready and participate. In the other hand, my only weakness in this class would be doing to much of something. For example, doing to much weightlifting in the upper body and not working on other things. For example my legs or abdominal area. At the moment I don't request or need any sort of support, I'm doing really good at the moment.
We all have goals in life, it could be to become rich, to become famous or to invent something that would change the world. Honestly, my main goal in life it to lose all the fat I have and have the best body of my life by the time I go to college or earlier. It will be a long and hard road but, I will try my best.
How will I achieve that
I'm pretty sure you are wondering, how will I be able to achieve that. The simple answer is motivation. Preferably it I had a personal trainer or just someone that will push me till I reach my goal. In the following, I will create a workout routine of my own and explain in science terms, what muscles or area I want to work out. To grow my legs, arms and lose fat.
-I will do "dips" 10 reps:3 sets
(what you basically do is get in the middle of the straight, side poles that look like n's and go up and down. This workout will attack the triceps branchii)
-Behind the head tricep extension
(you shit down or stand up, grab and dumbbell and rise it and put it behind your head and push it up and down. This will also attack the triceps branchii)
-Deadlift
(you get a pole with weights on the side and put it on the floor. Afterwards, you get the pole while doing a squat.The left hand grabbing the pole facing down and the right hand grabbing the pole facing up. This will workout the rectus abdominus and the quadriceps.
-Cardio
(this is probably the best thing yet. Just going for a run/jog will do the best. It works the hole body)
-Find a sport/martial art
(Not only will I learn something but it will help me lose that extra fat.It works the mind,body and soul)

For example: dips, behind the head tricep extension, deadlifts, jog, squats, burpees,pull ups, and bench press.
Within a week later of the exam, I was told i got a 48/52.
